Through her work, Aurelie questions and studies the notion of invisible intention to catch the instant, through extraction and poetry she transcribes the indefinable and implicit emotions by giving them a visual dimension, shape, colour, movement direction by playing with contrasts and light.
Our precious emotions become visible, almost palpable with their intensity. The artist paints with the inner voice that we can hear she says, a breath, a feeling, an echo, the imperceptible impression and suggestion, the silence, this unconscious that we can’t control.
She obtains a representation which is close to the initial and real feeling. The artist attempts to create a rhythm and harmony through her forms, lines that resonate together.
