Refund Policy

 

Returns

Our buying policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for example, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or the product will be exchanged for a new print.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company / bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact : info@outsidethezonegallery.com

 

Sale Items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email: info@outsidethezonegallery.com with the reason you would like to exchange.

 

Shipping

Payee is responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Payee should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all returned items.

 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will try to process all exchanges swiftly.

 

Delivery 

Our fine art prints are produced with passion, therefore please handle them with care. Remove with clean hands, and roll out. The process should be smooth to avoid damage and creases.

 

Care

With proper care, prints will last a lifetime before noticeable fading occurs. Suggested framing should be under glass (UV filtering is best) and avoid touching the image. All prints will be delivered within 4 days (UK), overseas up to 10 days. Packaging and delivery is included in the price. All deliveries will be by Royal Mail or a trusted overseas parcel service. Prints can also be collected personally from the printers. If there is a rare issue with taxes, then the customer might have to pay the import tax. 

If a print does not arrive within the allocated time frame, please contact: info@outsidethezonegallery.com Please make sure someone is available when your print is due to be delivered at the specified address, all prints returned to us, and you will be charged for re-delivery.

We advise customers to fully complete the delivery note and include all details required.

We can not be held responsible for missing prints. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure everything is correct on the delivery note, before the item is despatched.

 

Framing 

All prints are sold unframed. Please let us know if you require framing, our print partner will be happy to assist you. All costs related to the framing are separate to the print costs.
